All content on this site, including project photos of our carpentry work, logos, and text, is the property of CLC & Sons Carpentry Co. You may not download or use our project photos for commercial purposes or to represent them as your own work.
Estimates & Quotes
- Informational Only: Any pricing mentioned on this website is for informational purposes. A formal, written contract is required for all projects.
- Expiration: All written estimates provided by CLC & Sons are valid for 30 days from the date issued, due to the fluctuating cost of lumber and materials.
- Site Visit: Final quotes are subject to an on-site inspection.
Massachusetts Home Improvement Law (M.G.L. c. 142A)
For all residential projects over $1,000, CLC & Sons Carpentry Co. complies with MA state law, which requires a written contract containing:
- Our HIC Registration Number.
- A detailed payment schedule.
- A clear start and “substantial completion” date.
- Notice of your 3-day right of cancellation.
Payments & Deposits
In accordance with Massachusetts law, for most residential projects, we do not require a deposit exceeding one-third (1/3) of the total contract price, unless special-order materials (like custom cabinetry or windows) are required in advance.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy on this website, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the content. We provide our website “as is” without any warranties regarding its uptime or technical performance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes related to this website shall be handled in the courts of Plymouth County.
